How does the free trial work for paid accounts?
We will not bill your account unless your paid account is still open after the 14-day free trial. For paid accounts, we need your billing information in order to verify your ability to pay so that there is no interruption of service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We do not accept POs, checks, or invoices to be paid at a later date.
Do You Offer Bulk Discounts for Groups or Businesses?
Yes, we offer discounts for orders of 5 or more Vitalist accounts. Plus we can set up a single billing arrangement for the grouped accounts. Simply email us at support@vitalist.com for pricing information and to get your accounts setup.
