Where’s the beef? I see this forum was created April 30. It is 20 days later on May 20th. I see only two posts from people who are ready to discuss. I like the evident goal of making this very simple to use. The tour was a little confusing at first. It took me a few minutes to realize that one clicks on a series of links at the top to see a series of screen shorts. But after taking the tour, I have other questions. There should be a place to go BEFORE having to create a new account. A new user is not ready to use the proeuct yet after only the Tour. But there is no next place to go after the Tour. The site needs some kind of explanation of what is available to follow Tour

It’s me again. Just exploring and posting what I find. I’m a newbie who has no clue what is going on here but who has the time to post about the experience. One of the things I notice is that there is a press release available from the About link that announced the premium version would be available for $9.95/month. then another screen says premium accounts are $5.00/month.

What does this tell me? That the site is run by some kids who mean well but it is not a real business yet.

It is not how much you are planning to charge. I could live with $5.00 or $9.95 or $9.99. or even something else. Prices however communicate something about the scope or scale of what you are proposing to think about offering.

So now my next question is what is the plan and when might it be far enough elong for a user to e able to evaluate what to do? It is not the money ouf of pocket that is the issue for me. It is whether I want to make a commitment of time. You are offeirng a application that a user would use every day for many minutes or even hours each day. Will you still be around in 6 months? Given the evidence of two or three other users on this fourm, I am not impressed at the size of the audience. And no audience, no users. No users, no revenue to support the programming required.

I suggest that you add a permanent link to the forum from this blog page. That way blog readers can quickly get to the forum. I suggest putting the link at the top right with the others (Home, Tour, Features, Blog, About, Sign-In).

    Chad,
Regarding the tour, you don’t need it. Just sign up for a free account and dig in. Upgrade to a premium account when the time is right for you. The forums are new (http://www.vitalist.com/forums/) and they seem to be picking up more users every day. The price went to $5 a few months ago. It used to be $9.95. I suspect you just found a spot where the old price hasn’t been updated. I know about the $5 because I’m one of the paying users of Vitalist Premium. While I have no idea if Vitalist will be here in 6 months, I suspect they will. If they vanish, I will be sad but will find comfort knowing that I have been more productive for the 6 month period. I’ve looked at MANY other “GTD” applications, and overall, I like the feature-functionalty of Vitalist the best. The key for me is that I feel the most productive using Vitalist. I use it at home and at my job. Do I like everything about Vitalist? Nope. Is is still improving? Yes it is, and I greatly appreciate the responsiveness of the development team in resolving issues and adding new features. Have a great one!

Just a quick question that I don’t understand. Why in Gods name to you require people to register in order to see the forums at all? What’s the secret? I buy the concept of having to register in order to post, but to view the forums?

I’ve received e-mail from my acquaintance with invitation to Harkness Private Foundation investment program, I’m investing since 2002 in different HYIP and small investment projects, and I would like to receive some general feedback from anyone who’ve used HPF’s services, and received payment (s) thanks.

Tori Spelling is seen her hanging out with her husband Dean as they get a break from the babies to go to La Scala in Beverly Hills for lunch. Isn t that the sweetest? I guess given the ever-present Miu Miu dress Tori must be having some issues losing the baby weight, perhaps someone should tell her that a La Scala lunch isn t going to help her much there. At least she is keeping her blonde locks maintained in a way that is most practical for new baby mamas. Tori has this season s look down, with cropped locks that are easy to manage, and far away from little grabbing fingers. I think a more polished look would work with her here though, perhaps with some extra time with the flat iron and some glossing serum for some extra polish. I mean, if you don t get out much, and finally get some time for a nice lunch with your hubby, you really deserve to spend a little extra time looking all gussied up for him.
