I’m already a premium customer, paying monthly. I’d be more than happy to make a payment for the next 12 months if I could take advantage of the discount rate. How do I do that without downgrading then re-upgrading my account (and risking data loss in the process?)

Tried to use the code to upgrade from free to paying account – but the form said the code wasn’t valid – I did a cut and paste. Is this still a valid promotion?
